Academics & Programs

“On any given day walking the campus of St. Mark's, I will hear the squeals of budding scientists as lab-made rockets lift toward the sky. I may see children snuggled in warm grassy areas reading with groups of friends. There is the sight of busy pre-schoolers counting the number of steps from building to building. I pass an open door, and mathematicians are engaged and problem-solving, being taught in the best experiential way.” Karen Lee, Assistant Head of School

Preparing children for secondary education is a priority. There is an emphasis on independent study skills, a mastery of basic concepts, enrichment, and character development. As a result, many St. Mark's students graduate to study at wonderful institutions of higher education and distinguish themselves with outstanding achievements in academics, athletics, leadership, and extra-curricular activities.
